The Message and the Medium

1hr lab study (Bristol University) or 30 minutes for the online version, 18+, £10 payment

This study investigates how people become immersed in narrative media through video clips and movies. We will measure reactions using electroencephalogram (EEG) brain activity, heart rate, and questionnaires.

Inspiration in Daily Life: How Does Inspiration Relate to Creativity & Well-being?

Online study, 20 minutes + 5 min survey 1x/day for 2 weeks, 18+

This study examined how inspiration manifests in daily life with the goal of understanding what emotional states and accompanying creative behaviors best predict when inspiration is more likely to be experienced, who is more likely to experience inspiration, and to what extent inspiration may be beneficial for individuals.
